In the matter of implementation of compulsory teaching of Qur’an, school education has intensified the process of monitoring of schools.
Teams led by Additional Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries have started visiting various private schools for compulsory Quranic education. Thirteen teams will visit public and private schools.
Teams will ensure the compulsory teaching of the Qur’an in schools as a separate subject and its parade. Teams will also inspect the provision of clean water in schools, computer labs, school cleaning and other facilities.
