The recent spread of virus had closed the institutes but at the same time, many online opportunities were also created and in continuation of that, scholarships are being announced. A day before Malik Riaz has announced 25 scholarships on annual basis for PhD students across the world. At present, HEC has announced fully-funded scholarships for Post-Graduate students in Thailand. HEC has asked all the interested students to send in their applications including students from Azad Jammu and Kashmir for Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Postgraduate Scholarship Program 2021.
Scholarships will be offered in Masters’ program but specifically in various fields of Applied Biological Sciences including Environmental Health, Toxicology and Chemical Sciences. Students who are able to secure scholarships will fly to Thailand in the coming year. It will be life changing experience as scholarship will cover air tickets, accommodation, academic expenses, tuition fees, health insurance and a stipend too.
Only those students will be allowed to secure a scholarship that have excellent academic background and visualize to change the future of Pakistan. A minimum of 3 CGPA shall be maintained by applicants in subjects, such as, Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences, Medicine, Medical Technology and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Lastly, candidates applying shall also have a TOEFL or IELTS with a minimum score and students can apply till 30th October, 2020.
