Likewise, BISE Hyderabad is looking to develop a strategy in the light of Sindh Board so that a small window for the conduct of examinations can be extracted. The sources say that few of the boards including BISE Hyderabad has indicated the point of conducting online tests or even shifting the paper pattern to total objective type paper without any negative marking. These are the least considered options by BISE Hyderabad as if there is no other way possible. BISE Hyderabad is continuously advocating the fact to announce a revised schedule for the conduct of exams as students and institutes await a response from them.

One of the recent satisfying development in such regard is the schedule of an online meeting conducted by IBCC. The joint body for all the Chairmen of provincial educational boards is known with the name of Inter Board Committee of Chairmen and they have held this responsibility on their shoulders. The responsibility of IBCC includes to reach a common point among all the Chairmen regarding three possible decisions, conduct of exams, postponement of exams and lastly, cancellation of exams. Each and every decision carries a lot of scope with itself, for instance, if the exams are conducted then when and how, if it is to be postponed then what will be the cutoff date, if cancelled then what will be set of implications for its stakeholders etc. Thus, IBCC has a huge responsibility on them with delegating this charge to Chairman of Agha Khan Board as he will preside the meeting. The final decision shall be informed to all the educational boards and provincial governments within two weeks so that they can make needed arrangements.
