BISE Abbottabad 11th Class Date Sheet 2020
BISE Abbottabad took its first breathe in 1990 as a result of division in BISE Peshawar. The oldest serving board in KP is BISE Peshawar as it is operational since 1960s’, however, BISE Abbottabad was a formulated when BISE Peshawar was bifurcated. The bifurcation was made under Northern Western Frontier Province Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act, 1990. This act not only helped the provincial government in establishing BISE Abbottabad but numerous other boards were created including Kohat, Malakand and Swat. The first office of BISE Abbottabad was made in a temporary building within the city of Abbottabad. The current building of BISE Abbottabad is in its use since 1993 and is located in Murree Road.
The board has transformed itself into a professional body as it doesn’t rely on any fund or grant from the government. BISE Abbottabad has its own budget and manage all its expenses through it, not only this but they are able to earn profit as well. The amount is collected from the general public in shape of various fees and charges in lieu of the services being offered by the board. Due to an increased workload of the board, two different sections have been made within BISE Abbottabad for managing it effectively. The sections are known as Conduct 1 and Conduct 2, the first one deals with Matriculation and second deals with Intermediate. The printing section of the board is made highly confidential as it is responsible for printing the entire question papers. The current jurisdictions of BISE Abbottabad cover the areas of Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram and Kohistan. The total population of its jurisdiction includes 3.47 million people approximately.
