- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate, at our discretion, access to the site by users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
